From three systems to one customer

A ticketing order, a web-shop order and a CRM contact describe the same person, and no two of them write her down the same way. Pick a field on the profile to see where it came from, what was done to it, and which source won when they disagreed.

Which keys link each pair of records

Compared raw, no two records share an email or a phone number. A stray space, a capital letter and three ways of writing one mobile number are enough to make one customer look like three.

      About this page

The records are invented and name no client or vendor. The rules are the kind I write in phase 2 of an onboarding: a transform per field, one key per match, and a written rule for every conflict, so the customer can see why their data says what it says. The profile is computed in your browser from the raw values each time the page loads.
